I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size

  • Delivery/billing address

  • Adding items to your order

  • Shipping method

There are NO CANCELLATION once your order has been placed.

If you would like to switch sizes AFTER ORDER GETS PACK BUT BEFORE ITS SHIPPED, there will be a $25 restocking and repacking fee.

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to a backlog in the network we are experiencing a delay on our standard shipments.

STANDARD DELIVERY -

  • Estimated delivery 4-7 WORKING DAYS

EXPRESS DELIVERY - 

  • Estimated delivery 1-3 WORKING DAYS

  • The courier your order is shipped with will be selected by the warehouse based on the best option available.

WRONG ADDRESS
  • In the event that you put the wrong address and your order gets shipped and it comes back, you are responsible for the shipping cost to the new address.

PO BOXES, APO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES:

Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations could take up to 30 days or more. Due to COVID-19 PO Boxes are subject to similar time frames.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:

  • For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

  • If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, AS THEY ARE SENT VIA EMAIL, GIFT CARDS DO NOT COUNT TOWARDS THE FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AFTER THE STATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARE AND NO LONGER THAN 24 HOURS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE STATED ON YOUR TRACKING.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED AND HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE FOLLOWED UP. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER, DIANITA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ITEMS THAT SHOWED TO BE DELIVERED. DIANITA IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE ITEMS TO THE DISPATCH CARRIER. ONCE IT HAS BEEN CHECK IN (DIANITA) IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.
